To minimize corruption risks in the CSG's business activities, to prevent corruption risks within the company when providing products and services to the company, to set an example as a major Czech industrial company on how to prevent corruption and unethical behaviour.CSG's anti-corruption programme is implemented in cooperation with the Czech branch of Transparency International and implements to the maximum extent possible the requirements of the Defence Companies Anti-Corruption Index project established by Transparency International in the UK.The CSG's anti-corruption program is available not only to employees of individual companies, but is accessible and usable by the general public, including suppliers, dealers, customers, media and public officials in the Czech Republic and in all other markets where the CSG operates worldwide.The CSG supports the introduction of a similar programme by other members of the AOBP ČR and other companies with which it has partner relationships.CSG's anti-corruption programme consists of:
Code of Ethics for CSG employees, a special section of which is also dedicated to public procurement.The Ethics Hotline, where anyone can report corruption or unethical behaviour in connection with the CSG.A set of processes and measures to assess corruption risks according to the activities of the company, groups of employees or differences in the markets in which the CSG operates.
