About Alena Kozáková

Alena Kozáková holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University, with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, and Project Management. Alena began her professional career in 1985 at Moravskoslezská Vagonka Studénka, where over the period of eighteen years she held the positions of a Lawyer, Head of the HR Department, and HR Director. In 2003, she joined IVECO as its HR Director for Eastern Europe, assuming responsibility for the full spectrum of human resources activities across the region for nearly seventeen years. In 2006, she was recognized as HR Manager of the Year. From November 2020 to July 2021, she served as Human Resources Director for Eastern Europe at Varroc Lighting Systems, holding responsibility for HR operations in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

Since August 2021, Alena has held the position of Group Human Resources Director at CSG, where she oversees HR management across all CSG companies and supports CSG’s HR strategy and organizational development. In October 2025, she was appointed a Member of the Board of Directors of CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP a.s.
