About Lynn Fordham

Ms. Fordham serves as an independent non-executive director of the company. She has over 40 years of experience in investment, finance and corporate leadership, including senior executive roles across the oil and gas, consumer, retail, financial services and private equity sectors. She was previously chief executive officer of SVG Capital plc and managing partner of Larchpoint Capital LLP, where she led complex investment strategies and major public transactions. Ms. Fordham has held board and committee roles at Newriver REIT, Pollen Street Capital, Domino’s Pizza Group, Enfinium Group, NCC Group and Caledonia Investments, among others. She is a chartered accountant and a graduate of Glasgow University and Warwick University.
