About Michaela Katolická

Michaela Katolická holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. Following her graduation, she began her professional career as a paralegal at the District Office of Prague 1. In 2010, she joined the Financial Analytical Office (the Czech Financial Intelligence Unit combating money laundering and terrorist financing) as a legal counsel. During this period, she focused on regulatory and compliance matters and further strengthened her expertise by obtaining the ICA International Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance.

After several years of service in the public sector, Michaela pursued a new career opportunity and joined CSG in 2018 as a compliance specialist. In 2021, she was appointed Director of Security and Compliance, and in 2022 she advanced to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CSGM a.s. In October 2025, she was appointed a Member of the Board of Directors of CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP a.s.
