About Petr Formánek

Petr Formánek holds a degree in Finance from the Prague University of Economics and Business . From 1988 to 2001, he held a variety of positions within the financial sector, specifically in banks, including membership on boards of directors in both the Czech Republic and Canada.

From 2001 to 2005, he actively contributed to the management of a distressed asset portfolio in a joint venture with the finance division of General Motors .From 2005 to 2016, as a member of the Board of Directors of Patria Corporate Finance, Petr was responsible for overseeing numerous public and private projects on capital markets, both in the Czech Republic and internationally.

Since 2016, he has been responsible for CSG’s external growth and M&A. In November 2019, he was appointed a Member of the Company’s Board of Directors
