About Zdeněk Jurák

Zdeněk Jurák joined CSG as CFO in June 2023, taking over from David Chour, who became COO in 2023. Zdeněk Jurák joined CSG from KKCG, where he worked for more than eight years. He has experience in financial management in Czech and foreign jurisdictions, mergers and acquisitions, bond issues and preparing companies for IPOs.

From his position he also coordinated the implementation of a new ERP system in the group and was responsible for negotiations and communication with auditors. Previously, he worked at Generali PPF Group and also in the audit team of the consulting firm Mazars. Zdeněk Jurák is a graduate of Mendel University in Brno. During his studies he completed an internship in the USA at the University of Illinois. He is ACCA/DipIFR certified and a certified accounting expert.
