About John Nicholson

General (Ret.) Nicholson serves as an independent non-executive director of the Company. He has previously served as the chief executive of Lockheed Martin Middle East, overseeing strategic operations across nine countries in the region. General Nicholson retired from the United States Army in 2018 after a 36-year career, including command of NATO’s Resolute Support Mission and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan. He has held senior leadership roles within NATO and the U.S. Army, including command of the 82nd Airborne Division and NATO’s Allied Land Command. General Nicholson holds degrees from Georgetown University and the United States Military Academy at West Point, along with two master’s degrees and multiple honorary doctorates.
